Have used this system for my 3 Dogs, whilst the range is good I have had TWO charger units short out, first time I purchased a replacement from Berkshire second time the unit failed after 6 months, contacted company by email and via ebay did not respond which is a shame as it has the longest distances,so can not recommend this product
plEASE Help, You very kindly sent me a new plastic collar and receiver. THE transmitter is fine but i cannot remember how to set it all up. Please send me the details!
